Honey Bin Tariq is a respected Pakistani journalist, blogger, and published article writer based in Multan, Punjab, whose work bridges contemporary journalism with a commitment to preserving cultural and historical legacies. He is an active member of several prestigious international journalistic bodies, reflecting his professional reach and standards: the Worldwide Journalists Union، the Trans Journalist Association in New York, USA، and the American Society of Journalists & Authors, New York USA.

Prior to his career in media and writing, Mr. Tariq held a significant executive position as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shaheen Rent a Car.

Mr. Tariq is the torchbearer of a deeply influential and storied family history, rooted in high achievement across law, literature, and engineering:

  • Illustrious Grandfather: His late grandfather, Abdul Majeed Khan Sajid (1925-2015)، was a celebrated Iqbaliyat Expert, Professor, Principal, Poet, and Writer. His major academic contributions include being the first scholar to clear the historical stigma of Qadianism from Allama Muhammad Iqbal. Furthermore, he challenged and used documented evidence to correct the date of birth of Allama Iqbal as officially recorded in national curricula and institutions—an important finding that received governmental acknowledgment. Mr. Sajid was the recipient of numerous high honors, including the National Presidential Iqbal Award, Prime Minister Gold Medal, and the Victoria Cross Medal (shared honour).

  • Father and Great-Grandfather: The legacy continues with his late father, Tariq Mehmood Khan (High Court Lawyer and recipient of the National Artist Award)، and his late great-grandfather, Mian Muhammad Ibrahim Khan (Persian/Punjabi Poet and recipient of the Victoria Cross Medal for inventing the "Game-to-to" part).
